Maria Nenoiu - Violin

Violinist Maria Nenoiu is an avid chamber and orchestral musician, as well as a dedicated and passionate violin teacher, working with students of all ages and levels in her private studio. She began her studies at the prestigious George Enescu Music School in Bucharest, Romania, then moved to Canada, where in 1997 she received her Bachelor of Music Degree in Performance with Honours from University of Toronto. Since graduating, Maria has performed throughout Europe and Canada with many orchestras such as the Romanian Radio National Symphony, Thunder Bay Symphony, Kingston Symphony, European Symphony, Orchestre Symphonique de Gatineau, Ottawa Symphony, Ottawa Baroque Consort and the National Arts Centre. Since 2003 Maria is a member of the Thirteen Strings Chamber Orchestra, and a Strings chamber
music coach and instructor for the Ottawa Youth Orchestra Academy Summer Camp.
